Application Process

Each prospective tenant 18 years of age or older must submit a separate application (including each spouse if married). Co-signers and Guarantors must also submit a complete application.

All of our tenants must:

• Have a stable employment history
• Have a good credit score*
• Have NO violent felony convictions on record**
• Have NO eviction history
• Provide a copy of most recent pay stub
• Provide a copy of a social security card or proof of immigration status
• Provide at least one form of a government issued photo ID

*Lower credit scores may require a larger security deposit or a suitable guarantor. If a guarantor helps to qualify the tenant, he/she must be added to the lease.

**all other arrests/convictions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Upon completion and delivery to Reedy Creek, your application will be processed. The owner of the property has final right of approval of all applications.
