Meet the Team

Mr. Blackwell is the CEO for Reedy Creek Management Services, LLC Services whose main responsibilities include developing and implementing high-level strategies, making major corporate decisions on investments, and acting as the main point of contact.

Mr. Blackwell’s prior twenty years at LaSalle Investment Management, Inc. as CEO of CalEast Global Logistics, LLC with $6.0 billion of assets under management, Mr. Blackwell was fully accountable for member relationships and investment performance. His primary responsibilities were to manage the executive-team members, serve as the resource manager to the regional teams and to develop and execute investment strategy across North America, China Europe and the United Kingdom. In addition, Mr. Blackwell served as an executive member on the boards of over $1.4 billion of joint venture relationships with public and private companies. Mr. Blackwell had overall accountability for acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures and land investments.

Mr. Blackwell is a former member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Mr. Blackwell graduated from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with concentration in labor relations.

Kristen Correa is the Vice President and Broker of Record for Reedy Creek Management Services, LLC. She is a lifelong north central Texas resident. She has been an investor in DFW residential real estate since 2002. She has been a real estate agent since 2003 and an independent real estate broker since 2006.

Ms. Correa is a member of MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Ms. Correa has served on the Texas Realtors Professional Standards Committee and currently serves as the President Elect of NARPM - Greater Dallas Chapter.

Ms. Correa has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and an MBA in progress from University of Phoenix.

Emma Wright is a Property Manager for Reedy Creek Management Services, LLC. Her main responsibilities are maintaining and improving tenant and owner relationships, leasing, communications, quality control, and reporting. 

Emma is DFW born and raised. She graduated in May 2021 from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville with a Bachelor's of Science and Business Administration in Marketing with a Minor in Management. During her time at Arkansas, Emma was a member of Kappa Delta ZG where she was heavily involved with the chapter's philanthropies - Prevent Child Abuse America and Girl Scouts of America. Emma was also awarded Outstanding Marketing Senior of 2021 of her class. 

Following college graduation, Emma became an Administrative Manager for Reedy Creek with a background in customer service. She recently became licensed in Texas Real Estate and progressed in the company to Property Manager shortly before her one-year anniversary. Emma is a member of MetroTex Association of Realtors and NARPM, National Association of Residential Property Managers, and plans to become more involved in those organizations with the goal to one day hold a leadership position. 

Tony Sanchez is our newest bilingual property manager for Reedy Creek Management Services, LLC. His main responsibilities include maintaining and improving tenant and owner relationships, leasing, communications, quality control, and reporting.

Tony is a native Spanish speaker from Dallas, Texas. Though he grew up in a Spanish-speaking household, he learned to speak fluent English from an early age. Outside of school, he would help out with the family business supervising and inspecting finished construction frameworks. It was this experience that inspired him to pursue a career in real estate.  After high school, Tony decided to join the Marine Corps as a reservist where he continues to work part time. He became a licensed real estate agent in June of 2022 and has since earned his Military Relocation Professional certificate (MRP) and New Home Sales Agent certificate (NHSA). Tony believes in continuous learning and development, so he's looking forward to expanding his expertise through more certification courses to provide the best property management service.

Tony is driven by his passion for real estate and property management. One of his long-term goals is to one day manage multiple properties of his own and build his real estate portfolio.
