- Thoroughly screen all prospective tenants by using owner’s pre-determined application criteria, to the extent Texas Property Code and Fair Housing Laws allow.
- Provide web access of 24-hour marketing of our available property advertised on over 100 sites.
- Conduct an interior survey of the property every six months with a report to the owner (owner’s discretion).
